FT That's it, it's all over here at the Orlando Stadium with Pirates edging SuperSport 1-0 thanks to that very early Oupa Manyisa goal to send them top of the PSL standings for the first time this season. I hope you enjoyed my commentary. Thank you and good night.
90+4 YELLOW CARD: Chinyama booked for kicking the ball away after the whistle.
90+3 Nyondo does well to get a shot away on the turn - he should have won a corner there but the officials failed to spot the deflection.
90+1 There will be four minutes of added time...
90 Nxumalo strikes a half-volley well wide of the target from 25 yards.
90 Mayambela forces Williams to make a good one-handed save - but Bucs should have done better there with the break away - but Jali delayed his pass to make it very difficult for the substitute.
88 Mayambela drives into the box and wins a free-kick off of Fransman. Mayambela hits the set-piece into the wall. The corner is wasted.
87 Gyimah comes agonisingly close to heading in a goal with a little flick to the back post after latching on to a Nkausu long throw.
86 BUCS SUB: Mark Mayambela replaces Daine Klate.
85 Chinyama takes too long with a chance inside the box before laying the ball back to Okonkwo who fires high and wide.
84 Mulenga unable to wrap his foot around the ball on the left of goal to fire his shot on target after some good approach play for SuperSport.
83 YELLOW CARD: Jali for a foul on Gyimah.
81 SSU SUB: Atusaye Nyondo replaces Simba Sithole.
80 BUCS SUB: Takesure Chinyama replaces Collins Mbesuma.
78 Nxumalo headers over from another long SSU throw.
74 PENALTY MISS: Justice is done as Williams gets down well to his right to keep out Jali's soft spot-kick.
73 Davis Nkausu is punished for a tackle on Klate outside the box as the referee points to the penalty spot.
72 BUCS SUB: Tlou Segolela replaces Sifiso Myeni.
70 Sithole's cross from the right is easy pickings for Meyiwa after Gyimah does well to get a shot in, that is blocked.
69 Jele hits one wide from range.
66 SSU SUB: Prince Mxumalo replaces Franklin Cale.
64 Gyimah tries his luck from distance but gets this one woefully wrong.
60 Gyimah hits a shot onto the roof of the net after Pirates fail to clear their lines.
58 Myeni misses a glorious chance after a great counter form Pirates. Matlaba lofted a ball to Manyisa to headed on to Myeni who took a touch then beat his man to set himself up for a shot but then contrived to put the ball wide of the right upright.
57 YELLOW CARD: Onyekachi Okonkwo for a foul on Cale.
53 Sithole wastes a great chance to score with a free header he powers over the goal after a great cross from the right from Gyimah.
52 Siyabonga Sangweni makes a vital block to stop Gyimah from equalising with a volley inside the box.
51 Williams needs to chances to claim the ball with Klate unable to make a proper connection in front of the poles from a Jele centre.
50 Fransman steals the ball off the toe of Mbesuma as he tries to race clear on goal.
50 SSU try another long thrown into the box but this time Bucs they clear with ease and go on the attack - Klate whips in a cross to Mbesuma but it is just behind the big man and he can't direct his header on target.
48 It's a scrappy start to this second half with the ball spending most of the time out of play...
46 Orlando Pirates kick off...
46 SSU SUB: Clifford Mulenga is on for Ashley Hartog.
HT We've reached the end of the first half here at the Orlando Stadium. Orlando Pirates lead SuperSport United 1-0 thanks to that second minute Manyisa goal. But can Gavin Hunt's side pull it back in the second half...
44 YELLOW CARD: Gyimah for kicking Klate in the head (there was no contact) when trying to score with a bicycle...
40 Better from Myeni who does well to get to the byline before delivering a cross that is well headed cleared by Bevan Fransman.
38 Klate hits a shot well wide from distance.
38 That's a real waste from Sifiso Myeni who did superbly well to beat his man out wide right before failing to pick out Mbesuma in a central position.
36 YELLOW CARD: Mbesuma for deliberate hand-ball.
36 Free-kick to SSU for a foul on Cale - the ball is floated in and Lekgwathi and Meyiwa get in each other's way but somehow manage to clear the ball. Gyimah though gets their first and puts in a good low cross, that is easily cleare this time.
34 Gyimah's shot from range is well blocked by Klate who tracked his run from the right flank into the centre of the park.
32 Grobler is showing some real class here, but after being forced into a corner he can't get his cross in.
29 Good strong run down the left flank from Gyimah who wins a throw. The ball is flung to Grobler who flicks it on but gets too much purchase on the ball and the chance is lost.
26 Andile Jali releases Mbesuma, who's first touch is dreafful and the chance is lost. This before Manyisa sprints down the right hand side before cutting a ball back to Tofo-Tofo who in turn sets up Jele for a shot - that is blocked.
24 Meyiwa needs two chances to get both hands onto the ball after spilling a long throw before eventually throwing himself through a throng of bodies to land on the ball.
22 Free-kick in an enticing position for Bucs just left of the box - Klate kicks the set-piece straight at the wall before hitting the rebound on target but into the arms of Williams.
20 Excellent work from Happy Jele who finds Klate with a super ball after a marauding run out of defence before laying off a great ball for Mbesuma to run on to but he just can't get his foot to the ball.
18 Another great challenge from Matlaba on Sithole to stop the striker from again running through on goal after a neat flick on from Franklin Cale.
16 It's all a bit sloppy in midfield at the moment as these teams try to settle into some sort of a rhythm.
14 Senzo Meyiwa does expertly well to brush off the challenge of Sithole down the right hand side to turn his man and clear his lines.
13 Some good work from Edwin Gyimah almosts sets Bradley Grobler up for a chance inside the box but Senzo Meyiwa is first to the loose ball.
12 SuperSport are playing some good attacking football, putting Pirates under pressure, until the final ball goes astray.
10 What a chance for Pirates! How on earth did Daine Klate miss that? A long throw was inadvertently headed into his own box by Davis Nkausu setting Klate up for a volley just a few inches out, but he somehow contrived to smash his shot over the target.
8 Captain Thabo September tries his luck from way out but completely mis-hits his effort that goes well wide of the target.
6 Lucky Lekgwathi does well to steal the ball off the toe of Simba Sithole as he looked to race through on goal.
4 SuperSport didn't start the match badly and are continuing to pass the ball around with pace although they do seem a little rattled as a result of that very early goal.
A superbly taken goal from Manyisa for his second of the season. The Bucs favourite picked up a little flick from Collins Mbesuma before touching the ball past Mor Diouf and racing through unchallenged before slotting the ball past Ronwen Williams.
2 GOAL ORLANDO PIRATES: OUPA MANYISA

The teams are out on the field as we await kick-off...

But back to this evening's game and the two line-ups are in!
Pirates are also in continental action this weekend as they host Djabal from the Comoros Islands in an African Champions League tie.
Head coach Gavin Hunt admits to being frustrated during the break but is relishing the demanding schedule the Pretoria based club face in the coming weeks: "It has been frustrating for the last couple of weeks and the games now come thick and fast," Hunt told the Citizen. "We are going to the Congo (for their Confederation Cup clash with DR Congo side CS Don Bosco) this weekend and it's going to be tough for us in the next couple of weeks. But we are looking forward to it, we are ready."
Meanwhile SuperSport will be disappointed with their position on the table as they sit in eighth place on 20 points, but a win over the Bucs could provide a much needed boost as they look to get their season back on track.
Bucs boss Roger De Sa is confident though that his side can pick up where they left off: "For us the momentum was right there, we would have liked the league to carry on, but the break came for everybody. "We've been doing a lot of training matches, so hopefully we're back to where we were, but you never know until you get to the first game."
Pirates though could have done without the break as they went ten games without a loss to climb to second in the standings on 34 points, just one point behind bitter rivals Kaizer Chiefs.
After over a month out of action due to South Africa's hosting of the 2013 Africa Cup of Nations, the PSL returns with this clash between two of South Africa's heavyweights.
