FT FULL-TIME: And that's it! Chiefs restore their four-point lead at the top of the standings, while SuperSport's unbeaten run is finally halted. It's been a thrilling PSL encounter, and I hope you've enjoyed it. For Football411, I'm Ryan Gordon wishing you a great rest of your weekend. Cheers all!
90+3 SUBSTITUTION: Stuart Baxter happy to eat up the last few seconds as he makes his final change, with Siphiwe Tshabalala coming off for Lincoln Zvasiya.
90+1 We're into the first of three minutes of added time at the end of the game. Is there to be a late twist in the tale?
88 Bernard Parker has just hit the up-right after a quick break from Chiefs, and the rebound catches Nkhatha unawares and bounces straight into the arms of the grateful Williams.
87 Itumelenge Khune is down on the ground and is staying there. The players gather round as the medical staff attend to the goalkeeper, and this will just eat up a few more precious seconds as Chiefs head towards a valuable three points.
86 SUBSTITUTION: Kingston Nkhatha, who has been in great goal-scoring form for Chiefs, is on in place of tonight's two-goal hero, Lehlohonolo Majoro.
85 Thabiso Nkoana really should be doing more after he's threaded through on goal, and although the angle looks far too tight for a shot, he still lets fly and unsurprisingly the effort fails to find the target.
83 Majoro must have been making more of the injury than it actually was as the striker is back on the pitch and walking around freely. Perhaps just a spot of time-wasting tactics from the Chiefs hitman, who has now scored four in his last three games for Amakhosi.
80 Worrying scenes here for Chiefs as Lehlohonolo Majoro goes down and looks to be in a fair amount of pain. He's quickly stretchered off, and I don't think Stuart Baxter will be willing to risk the striker any more this evening.
78 Around 12 minutes remain here for SuperSport to grab the goal that could secure an astonishing ninth draw from 10 PSL games. An incredible, if unwanted, record for Gavin Hunt and his charges.
75 SUBSTITUTION: Sibosiso Zuma is off, with Nathan Paulse coming on in his place for SuperSport United.
73 He's back on his feet though and will be okay to soldier on.
72 Siphiwe Tshabalala has taken a bit of a knock to his ankle and plays the ball out before asking for some attention from the medical staff.
65 It's route-one play from Chiefs as the ball is launched from their own box and into the opposition area, with Lehlohonolo Majoro outpacing the defender to the ball before getting a simply brilliant touch to just guide his effort past the keeper and into the bottom corner of the net.
65 GOAL! SuperSport 1-2 Chiefs! Lehlohonolo Majoro!
64 The game's suffering its first lull in action as a number of loose balls start flying around, but that only helps to reinvigorate the crowd who up the volume a good few decibels.
60 More attacking intent from the hosts now as Lebese's cut-back finds Tshabalala, but his shot is well blocked. The resulting corner is initially dealt with by the defence, but Willard Katsande could only head the return ball over the crossbar.
59 Up at the other end and Chiefs probably should have at least tested the goalkeeper as Parker teed the ball up perfectly for Tshabalala, but his shot was lacking and failed to find the target.
58 Kermit Erasmus breaks into the area and tries to square one into the back of the net, but Tefu Mashamaite gets in a brilliant tackle to thwart the striker.
57 SUBSTITUTION: First change of the night for Chiefs as Josta Dladla makes way for George Lebese.
56 Chiefs are away as Tshabalala breaks before looking to thread Parker through on goal, but the Bafana international gets too much on his pass and Williams is able to collect.
55 Reports from the SuperSport changing room say Nyondo has, at least, not broken anything, although the medical staff still look to be dealing with a serious ankle problem.
54 Great chance for Parker to fire home as his touch takes him into the area and clean through on goal, but he hesitates before shooting, closing the angle and allowing Ronwen Williams to make the save.
52 SUBSTITUTION: Atusaye Nyondo will not be able to continue, and Gavin Hunt brings on Thabiso Nkoana in a like-for-like change up front.
49 Eric Mathoho leaves Atusaye Nyondo in an absolute heap on the ground, and although the Chiefs defender's tackle was spot on, the SuperSport man looks in a lot of pain and is stretchered off the field.
46 We're back under way for the second-half!
HT HALF-TIME: The sides head into the tunnel drenched, and drawing 1-1. Join me after the break for what promises to be a thrilling second-half.
45 The fourth official shows there will be just one minute of injury time added here at the end of the half.
44 Thabo September comes sliding in at the far-post to get on the end of a deep corner, but he can't get the right connection and the ball flicks out for a goal-kick.
43 Just two minutes left to go until half-time, and perhaps a draw is a fair reflection of proceedings, although it has been Chiefs who have just edged the possession stat, and coach Stuart Baxter will be hoping they can make that count in the second period.
41 FEEDBACK: One of our regular readers, Nazly from Cape Town, emails in: 'Chiefs have looked really good so far and I expect them to seal the three points before this one is over! Amakhosi4LIFE!'
40 Tshabalala whips this one in but Majoro can't direct his header and sends the ball well over the crossbar.
38 This game has been much more evenly matched in the last couple of minutes, although Keegan Ritchie is seeing much more of the ball down the left and, more importantly, he's doing plenty with it and has just won his side a corner...
35 Chiefs put together a sumptuous piece of play that ends with Tshabalala picking out Majoro inside the area, but after dropping the shoulder to lose his marker he was unable to get the proper curl on his shot and the defence were able to get in a block.
33 SuperSport get their goal, and it's an absolute peach as Atusaye Nyondo rolls the ball across the edge of the area for Kermit Erasmus, whose first-time hit rockets into the very top corner of the goal. Game on.
32 GOAL! SuperSport 1-1 Chiefs! Kermit Erasmus!
31 Chiefs have a great chance to counter four-on-three but Bernanrd Parker's cross-field ball to Siphiwe Tshabalala is too awkward for the midfielder to control and United are let off the hook.
29 Doutie look to deliver a telling ball into the area but ends up getting too much on it and Khune can watch the effort sail behind for a goal-kick.
25 SuperSport really did fall asleep for that goal, and Gavin Hunt will be furious with his defence, who were absolutely nowhere during the build-up.
22 Easy as you like from Chiefs as Lehlohonolo Majoro wins his flick-on which Siphiwe Tshabalala chases down before putting the ball across the six-yard area, and the Bafana Bafana striker is on hand to complete the simple task of tapping into an empty net.
21 GOAL! SuperSport 0-1 Chiefs! Lehlohonolo Majoro!
20 The weather conditions haven't done anything to dampen the spirit of the crowd, but they're yet to be treated to any real goal-mouth action and will be expecting more from the sides here this evening.
17 SuperSport have the ball in the back of the net as Zuma plays in Atusaye Nyondo, who clips the ball past the goalkeeper, but it won't count as the the linesman had correctly raises his flag for off-side.
15 The rain continues to pelt down as the inclement weather rages on, and the match officials are huddled down on the touchline discussing the possibility of having to postpone play due to lightning concerns. I will keep you updated on any developments in that area.
13 The resulting free-kick from Parker is disappointing and SuperSport have no trouble clearing their lines.
12 YELLOW CARD: We finally have our first yellow of the evening as Sameehg Doutie crashed through the back of Bernard Parker.
10 A massive clap of thunder almost seems to put Doutie off as he simply loses control of the ball while plundering down the field.
9 The rain is coming down progressively harder here in Pretoria, and it's likely to make for treacherous conditions for all concerned.
7 The set-piece is played short and pulled back to the edge of the area, but Davis Nkausu can't get a proper connection on his effort and Chiefs can eventually clear.
6 Keegan Ritchie looks destined to be flashed a yellow card as he blatantly grabs a fistful of Sibusiso Zuma's shirt, but the referee is happy just to award a free-kick.
5 Rash tackle from Siphiwe Tshabalala on Sameehg Doutie, but the Chiefs playmaker avoids an early yellow card.
3 Chiefs' first attack of the game is brought to an end prematurely as the linesman's flag is raised after Lehlohonolo Majoro stepped off-side.
2 It's been mostly SuperSport in the opening minutes here, and Kermit Erasmus is played in behind the defence but can't control the floated ball and the keeper is able to collect.
1 And we're up and running in the first-half!
The two sets of players take to the field, with Robert Smith taking charge of tonight's game. Chiefs are in their stunning black and gold striped kit while SuperSport are in their traditional blue with white trim, and we're just moments away from the opening whistle, people!
FEEDBACK: We're less than five minutes away from the kick-off, but if you'd like to get involved, here's your chance. Simply email your thoughts or predictions to ryan.gordon@teamtalkmedia.com and I'll publish them right here.
SuperSport, meanwhile, just can't seem to stop drawing, with the 2-2 result against Chippa United in midweek marking Matsatsantsa's eighth stalemate of the campaign as they sit ninth in the standings with 11 points, 10 behind Amakhosi.
Tonight's clash pits the last two unbeaten sides in the PSL together, although the two teams find themselves on opposite ends of the tables. Chiefs have been nothing short of phenomenal in the league, winning six and drawing three of their opening nine matches to sit one point clear at the summit.
WELCOME Good evening ladies and gentlemen, I'm Ryan Gordon and I'll be taking you through all the action as SuperSport United take on PSL leaders Kaizer Chiefs at Peter Mokaba Stadium.
